The difference
Most kitchen jobs are three companies pretending to be one: a designer, a cabinetmaker, and whoever the builder could get. Nobody owns the gaps, and the gaps are where the money goes.
We draw it, we build it, and the same project lead is there from the first measure to the last silicone bead.
We laser-measure the room before we quote. Old Melbourne houses are rarely square, and a 12 mm error is the difference between a flush end panel and a scribe filler.
The number in your contract is the number on your invoice. Variations only happen if you ask for them, in writing, with a price attached first.
Carcasses, doors, drawer runners and hinges. Stone and appliances carry their own manufacturer cover, which we register on your behalf.

Common questions
Most of our projects land between $70,000 and $180,000 including appliances. The room itself is the smaller half of that — appliance choice is what moves the number most.
Rarely. Almost everything we build is within about fifteen kilometres of the Richmond studio, so that a callback is a short drive rather than a scheduling problem.
Often, yes. We will measure the actual cut-outs rather than trusting the spec sheet, because manufacturers change dimensions between model years without changing the name.
We redraw once at no cost. If the second set is still wrong, we part ways and you owe us nothing.
